WHAT I TREAT

WOMEN’S HEALTH & HORMONES

  • I believe that all women need to be heard, and they are their own expert on their body. Too often women find their symptoms dismissed, especially when it comes to hormones. My aim is to listen and support women through all their hormonal changes.

GASTRO-INTESTINAL HEALTH

  • The gut, often referred to as our second brain, plays a vital role in maintaining overall wellbeing. A diverse and well-balanced gut microbiome contributes to digestion, nutrient absorption, and the synthesis of essential vitamins. Beyond digestive function the gut has a role in supporting the immune system, nervous system, skin and metabolic processes.

To address these issues, I will often request a thorough testing of the thyroid hormones, along with the vitamin and mineral co-factors needed for optimal function.
